Profile:
A graduate of Marquette University Law School, William Nickol joined Paulsen, Malec & Associates Ltd. as an associate in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nickol interned for Judge Lynn S. Adelman of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and Judge Harry G. Snyder of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.
His prior work background as a carpenter and construction laborer assist him in his evaluation and aggressive defense of construction claims, while focusing on trucking and transportation accidents, premises liability and general negligence.
Mr. Nickol is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Wisconsin and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He enjoys spending free time with his wife and son and following the Bears, Cubs and Huskies football.
